2- Responsible for designing, creating, deploying and managing Client(Bank) IT architectures and managing all its artifacts.
3- Working among Application, Data and Infrastructure Architectures.
4- The Governance Architect will be responsible for modeling and documenting all Client(Bank) IT Digital Assets and its relationships.
5- The Governance Architect is concerned with models, policies, rules or standards that govern how Application, Data and Infrastructure models are collected, stored, arranged, integrated and used within the organization.
6- Analyzes the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement.
7- Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact on the enterprise.
8- Leads and develops partnership with Business Relations team in creation of business capability roadmaps.
9- Sells the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results to the organization and its IT and business leaders.
10- Leads facilitates the creation of principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise.
11- Designs and leads the implementation plan of the EA based on business requirements and IT strategies.
12- Designs and directs the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance with EA.
13- Oversees the evaluation and selection of hardware and software product standards and the design of standard configurations.
14- Consults with application development projects to fit systems to architecture and identifies when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate project needs.
15- Consults with infrastructure development projects to fit infrastructure to architecture and identifies when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate infrastructure needs.
16- Identifies the organizational (skills, processes, structures, and culture) and financial impact of EA.
17- Develops the documentation of all architecture design.
18- Develops IT strategies.
19- Drives strategic vision for technology.
20- Keep abreast of new trends, technologies, developments in the related areas of work such as Digital Technologies, EAI, SOA, BPM, API, Mobility, AI, IOT.
