10+ years experience in similar position.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
English & Arabic written and speaking.
ROLES / DUTIES
10+ years of voice and network with at least couple of years Carrier/Service Provider experience
Must be well experienced with Cisco Communication manager ,Unity connection ,Presence server and Contact center
Hands-on experience in an environment with multi-vendor data networks and physical layer infrastructure, servers and LAN/WAN hardware
Experience of third party interfaces and integration to existing IVR configuration and call control
Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of unified collaboration technologies
Experience with Cisco CME/CUE/ IP Phones and Voice Gateways, VoIP Protocols such as SIP/H323/MGCP
Must have experience with Cisco video conference systems such as Expressway ,CMS and Jabber Guest
Design, implement and support the company's mix of voice infrastructure, and LAN and WAN environment
Experience in voice and network performance tuning and monitoring
Work independently on highly complex assignments and performs a full range of technical support activities, using sound technical knowledge to ensure company's success
Direct hands on experience managing and supporting VoIP environment with sever technologies and systems
