Job Description : Job Description: • Overseeing multiple projects across all phases of development • Preparing project plan and baselines • Margining project documentation, communication and vendor co-ordination • Collaborate with the development team to plan project sprints • Estimation of project costs, resource planning and developed status reports • Strategy implementation, change management, stakeholder alignment and team alignment • Requirements elicitation and documentation of demands for new systems/enhancements in existing systems or processes • Change Management and participation in Change Approval Board (CAB) Meetings • UAT Management • Project Management • Evaluated solution implementation Tasks & Duties: • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. • Ensuring project deadlines are met. • Determining project changes. • Providing administrative support as needed. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Developing project strategies. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. • Create Requirement Specification and project plans. • Manage a software development project from start to end. • Facilitate communication between IT support teams and external/internal clients. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Conducted project kick-off meetings, defined project objectives and scope and managed detailed project schedules. • Conducted regular meetings, facilitated communications, ensured coordination, and cooperation among team members. • Planned and facilitated project review meetings to expedite requirements and resolution of project issues. • Conducted and documented weekly status review for the manager. • Prepare all documents for initiating a tender and follow up through tendering process till awarding. • Prepare financial projects analysis. • Coordinate and Follow –up on projects activities and progress with focal points at the beneficiary institutions, as well as with experts, and the EU in order to check the status of the progress of the projects and to ensure its effective and undisrupted implementation. • Review and provide feedback on projects reports and approve experts’ timesheets. • Active participant in projects steering committees meetings. • Strategic planning and project development, Monitoring and reporting, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. • Manage the team and resolved day-to-day issues, Facilitates team meetings effectively on a weekly basis. • Prepare and follow up steering committee meetings and providing updates and reporting to the management. • Interface with superiors, communicates relevant project information to superiors.
