Develops and recommends the sales policies strategy systems and procedures in conjunction with the Division General Manager.
• Manage / motivate also coach and mentor a team of sales engineers.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring KPI’s for the sales team and KPI
• Ensure appropriate recruitment of staff; ensure their training and development and assessment of their capabilities
• Safeguarding the company assets, and assets given in to the care of the company
• Manage potential opportunities and achieve sales closures.
• Enhance list of potential clients, prospects and referrals from own historic contacts.
• Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and develop plans and achievement within agreed format and timescales
• Processing of tenders from date received up to submission.
• To identify and maintain relationships with senior managers at all level.
• To identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate service solution.
• Ensure that relationship with principals are developed and maintained and that common business is developed correctly.
• Meet prospects, clients and consultants
• Negotiations with the clients and suppliers.
• Supervise preparation of client presentation. Solid skills in the development of seminars to include in-house.
• Ensure successful completion of awarded projects:
• Execute the responsibilities of the Sales Manager according to the lawful and ethical standard and to carry the culture of the Jaidah Group within the Division

Skills :

A University degree or technical qualification in communications.
• Sales and marketing training.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware/software
• At least 10 years in sales and technical communications work of which 2 years should be in a sales management position.
• Experience and demonstrable successful track record of winning new business / projects and of selling computer products/equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic would be an advantage.
• An ability to analyze client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Energy and drive.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
