Job Description : In this role you will be reporting to the Cargo Customer Services Supervisor, you will have to enhance QAS Customer Service by providing a single point of contact for customers, both internal and external to track and resolve queries related to cargo activities. You will also need to assist the Customer Service Supervisor in all functional and administrative responsibilities to provide a positive customer experience and for resolving queries customer experience and for resolving queries within our stated service level. You will need to track customer queries using QAC tools and provide a common customer experience with requisite customer and internal follow-ups to resolve the issue and keep the customer informed about the progress of the query.

Skills : Minimum A level or equivalent with a certificate in computer applications - MS Office is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field of which 1-year airline/airfreight experience is preferred. Knowledge of overall cargo operations, Cargo reservation, and tracking system with a good command of English is required. Arabic speaking preferred however not essential.
